Hebei Xintai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional in manufacturing connectors enterprise which collects development, production, sales and services. It was established in 1980, and then developed into a limited corporation in June, 2005. In July, 2011, it developed into a group company. In May, 2014, its name was changed into Hebei Xintai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. It has a nearly 40 years history.Our company has 346 employees and 82 of them are technical pesonnel. It covers about 78,000 square meters ,fixed assets of 77,370,000 RMB and registered capital of 100,000,000 RMB.
Hebei Xintai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd mainly produces seamless pipe fittings of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and low-temperature steel, seamed pipe fittings, forged pipe fittings, forged flange and other pressure pipe components series. Our products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, heating, urban construction, oil and gas transportation and other industries,sold to over 20 domestic provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions, and also exported to over 10 countries and regions,like Europe, America, Southeast Asia, West Asia, Middle East, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
We are strong in technology with advanced equipments in production and testing. We have mainly production equipments, like a large hydraulic intermediate frequency pushing machine, hydraulic pipe bending machine, stainless steel elbow cold-drawn machine, cold-drawn Tee making machine, 5000T multi-function pressing machine, large electric beveling machine, a new type of multi-function vehicle heat treatment furnace, electric furnace and all kinds of electric saws, forging hammers, lathes and other heavy processing equipments more than 100 sets，and over 200 sets of the membrances and fixtures. Our main testing equipments are computer-control electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, impact testing machine, digital hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, high frequency infrared CS analyzer, X-ray detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, spectrophotometer,and direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope and other advanced test equipments from the United States, Germany and Finland more than 80 sets. The company’s production equipments and testing capacity are in the domestic industry-leading level.
Our company has established and improved a variety of quality management systems. The company has achieved “People's Republic of China special equipment manufacturing license (pressure pipeline components)”, quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system certification,and API quality management system certification and other certifications.
The company independently developed X80 grade steel hot extrusion tee (PN12.0 DN1200), P91 high temperature, high-pressure seamless elbow (φ813 × 80) and other products have won Hebei Province independent innovation products from Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Department, the Office of Finance and Development and Reform Commission. The newly established "Yanshan Metal Materials Experiment Center" is creating a national laboratory.
